FAQs

1. What is this, exactly?
The Self-Mastery Programme a guidance toward seeing through the illusion of self in order to reocognise peace. It’s not therapy, but rather a chance to be guided as you surrender and let go of all the things that are not yours. A place to remember what you already are. It's one-to-one support. Weekly integration. Ancient tools and practices. 

2. Who is this for?
The Self-Mastery Programme is for people who are on a healing journey and realising that seeking is no longer the answer. You’re aware of your patterns, but still feel stuck inside them. This is for the ones who want to live from wholeness now, not wait to become “ready.”

3. What happens during the sessions?
Each session is one-to-one and shaped around you. There’s structure, but also presence. You’ll be guided through direct seeing, stillness practices, nervous system support, and unwinding old patterns in real-time. There will also be space to go over the tasks for the week that will help guide back to oneness. 

4. How is this different from other healing or coaching work?
Most methods want to delve into each trauma and unpack everything. It’s a subtractive process. You’ll be given tools, but only the ones that point you back to simplicity.

5. What if I’ve done a lot of inner work already?
Perfect. That means you have the beginnings of self-awarness and understanding that should make this easier. This work doesn’t invalidate what you’ve done, but instead frees you from clinging to it. It’s more about integrating, not accumulating more.

5. Can I do this while also doing therapy or other modalities?
Yes. As long as you’re not trying to “fix” yourself through everything at once. If you’re seeking calm, not chaos, this can gently complement whatever else you’re exploring.

 

6. What if I miss a session or feel overwhelmed during the programme?
This is a space designed to hold you, not pressure you. If something comes up, we reschedule. You're always advised to be gentle on yourself. If resistance arises, we meet it. All of you is welcome here, even the parts that want to run.

7. What will I walk away with?
Less reactivity, more steadiness. Choice to respond more to life rather than react to it, a deeper sense of self-trust, self awareness and love. Tools you’ll actually use. And maybe, (the thing no programme can promise) a glimpse of the peace that’s always waiting for you to see it.
